Sandey is a dually licensed esthetician and cosmetologist with multiple advanced specialization certifications in lashes, brows and advanced skincare.

Founder of multiple lash salons and spas, lash expert, mentor, and trusted friend — Sandey’s lash legacy began in 2009 with the opening of Lashes by Sandey in San Diego.

Today, she is known for her custom lash lifts, natural lash extensions, and precision brow artistry — all delivered with an unmatched attention to detail and a deeply relaxing experience.

Sandey holds a Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine along with certifications in exercise science and fitness instruction. She began her career as a holistic health practitioner, supporting clients through alternative wellness approaches that focused on balance and long-term health.

That background still shapes her work today.

Her approach to beauty is anatomical, intentional, and never rushed. She completed esthetician school in 2001, later returning to cosmetology school to remain current with industry advances and techniques. She advanced into lash artistry with certification from NovaLash, becoming one of the early lash artists practicing in Southern California and quickly building a client following. In 2018 she further expanded her skill set by training with Elleebana to offer both lash lift and brow lamination.

In 2011 she expanded her presence in Newport Beach and gradually grew a devoted, loyal following across Orange County. She remains committed to excellence, staying current with advanced education and master‑level training to ensure the highest standards of technique and service.
